The president and founder Marc Williams has more than twenty years of experience in areas of housing, finance, real estate, time management, public speaking, and personal development. He has worked for various organizations such as Precision Response Corporation wherein he served as a Senior Financial Analyst for several years and was responsible for analyzing financial data, forecasting and budgeting information for companies such as, AT&T Wireless, US Cellular, Paradigm, American Express, Fed X, Direct TV, British Airways, NCAC, GoAmerica and Phillip Morris, Inc.

While working for CitiGroup, Marc maintained financial investment accounts, and monitored more than 7 million in assets under management for more than thirty consumers. Additionally, Marc created needs assessment models, which analyzed the products and services of competitive institutions and provided advice on securities and investments to various finance committees.

As a Director of Homeownership Training, Marc was responsible for developing and managing a one-stop shop, wherein prospective families can access housing services to achieve the highest level of success in homeownership. His tenure at Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida, in Miami-Dade County, allowed him to develop detailed homeownership programs, which assisted the general public on various housing concerns.

NeighborWorks® America is a national organization known for assisting and educating housing professionals on topics, such as, community revitalization, foreclosure prevention, and homeownership. Marc’s affiliation with NeighborWorks® America allows him the opportunity to offer education and training on a national level to thousands of organizations and individuals seeking personal and organizational growth.

Marc currently serves as the Vice Chair for the Workforce Housing Committee at Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Marc has served as a Chief Moderator on PBS Deliberation Day for the MacNeil/Lehrer Productions program and was a guest speaker at a Training Symposium on “Quality Standards: Where Do We Go From Here.” In addition, Marc has also achieved a Masters of Science in Finance and Bachelors in Political Science from Florida International University; subsequently, Williams has certifications from NeighborWorks® America on ‘Compliance with State and Federal Regulations’, Homebuyer Education Methods, Fundamentals of Residential Lending, Financial Literacy Education by NCRC, Professional Recognition on Advanced Homebuyer Education, and a Professional Certification in Foreclosure Prevention.
